You are welcome to check-in anytime after 2pm on your arrival day and check-out after breakfast on your departure day. If you arrive earlier and want to explore the local area, you can leave your luggage with us. Similarly, if you have a late flight departure, you can also leave your luggage with us until then.

7:00am – Warm water with lemon or herbal tee
8:00am - Wake up stretch and meditation
9:00am - Morning smoothie
10:00am - Walk
11:00am - 1:00pm - Free time
1:00 - Lunch
2:00pm - 3.45pm - Free time
3.45 - Snack
4.15pm -  Kundalini Yoga
6:00pm - Dinner
8:00pm - Evening meditation and gong bath
